We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as when you received it
- Unworn or unused, with tags
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can assess the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have and place a separate order for the new item once the return is accepted.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period (EU Customers)
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without explanation. As with standard returns, the item must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unworn or unused, with tags
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
